Key models for drug development in coronary heart disease
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, often referred to as coronary heart disease, is a type of ischemic heart disease. Coronary arteries (coronary arteries) are the arteries responsible for supplying blood to the heart. When coronary arteries become narrowed or occluded due to the formation of plaques caused by the buildup of cholesterol and other substances, it can lead to myocardial ischemia, hypoxia, or necrosis, which can lead to discomfort such as chest pain and tightness, as well as severe cases of the disease that can lead to heart failure and cardiac arrhythmias.
We have developed a variety of hypertension models that are suitable for preclinical research and new drug evaluation of drugs used to treat hypertension.
