Immunohistochemistry (Immunohistochemistry, IHC), that is, immunohistochemistry, uses the principle of specific binding of antigen and antibody in immunology to make the color reagent (luciferin, enzyme, metal ion, isotope) of labeled antibody develop color through chemical reaction to determine the antigens (such as peptides and proteins) in tissue cells, and conduct localization, qualitative and quantitative research. Immunohistochemistry technology is widely used in the field of biological detection, including the diagnosis of abnormal cells, the distribution and positioning of biomarkers, and the detection of differential expression of proteins in different parts of biological tissues.
Our company provides customers with immunohistochemistry technical services. By understanding the specific requirements of customers, promoting customer research and product development, combining years of academic and industry experience, providing customers with results in terms of design, development and data. We have developed standardized SOPs to optimize immunohistochemistry experimental conditions in many aspects, including tissue fixation methods, antigen recovery conditions, antibody titer selection, incubation time, and washing conditions.

service method

  ● Preparation of tissue sections: Customers can provide fresh tissues, and we are responsible for tissue fixation and paraffin embedding; we can also provide frozen or paraffin embedded tissue or cell samples for analysis.
  ● Choice of antibodies: Customers can provide the primary antibodies they need for testing, or we can filter antibodies from existing antibodies. The secondary antibodies required for detection are provided by us.
  ● Staining: The staining process of immunohistochemistry is performed on a glass slide. Even if the expression level of the target antigen is extremely low, our technology can amplify the stained signal.
  ● Report: A published form, detailed pathology report, with photos.
  ● Analysis: Customers can request to discuss relevant reports with our senior pathologists.
