Key Model for Drug Development of Immune Nephropathy
Immunologic nephropathies are a group of chronic glomerular diseases with the same immunopathologic features caused by multiple etiologies. Immunologic nephropathies include purpura nephritis, lupus nephritis, and IgA nephropathy. If renal insufficiency, proteinuria more than 1.5g/d, hypertension, glomerulosclerosis, and interstitial fibrosis occur after the disease, about 35% of them eventually develop uremia.
We have established a stable model of multiple immune nephropathies, which is suitable for the study of drugs for preclinical immune nephropathies and the evaluation of new drugs.
