Key Model for Drug Development of Nodular Pulmonary Disease
Pulmonary nodular disease is a group of systemic granulomatous diseases characterized by the pathology of non-caseating necrotizing epithelioid cell granulomas, the etiology and pathogenesis of which have not yet been fully clarified. Genetic susceptibility, environmental factors, and certain viral and bacterial infections may be associated with the development of nodular disease.
We have established a stable carbon nanoparticle-induced nodular lung disease model, which is suitable for the study of preclinical nodular lung disease drugs and the evaluation of new drugs.
