A key model for drug development in pancreatic fibrosis
Pancreatic fibrosis is a pancreatic tissue lesion with fibrous tissue hyperplasia, which affects the normal tissue structure as well as function of the pancreas, leading to permanent damage to pancreatic tissue and function, and is mainly associated with pancreatic ductal calculi as well as chronic pancreatitis caused by heavy alcohol consumption.
We have established a stable pancreatic fibrosis model, which is suitable for preclinical pancreatic fibrosis drug research and new drug evaluation.
